NOTE

Registration fees is inclusive of 18% GST as per current Government Norms.
Conference Registration is mandatory for all delegates including children above the age of 5 years.
PG Students to submit letter from HOD - Head of Department / Institute.
Registration is non-transferable.
Organizer will not be responsible for any date change of the conference.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

All requests for cancellation must be made in writing / E-mail and sent to the Conference Secretariat.

Till 30.04.2024 - 25% cancellation fee. 75% refund (against registration) will be processed.
From 01.05.2024 till 15.06.2024 - 50% cancellation fee. 50% refund (against registration) will be processed.
After 15.06.2024 - No Refunds
The refund process will be completed within 45 days of completion of the conference.

Payment of registration fees can be made using the following methods:

CASH / IMPS / NEFT / Bank Transfer
Multi City cheques/ Demand Draft (payable to 2nd ANNUAL PUS USICON 2024

NEFT and Bank Transfer payments should be made to the account given below. Scanned copy of the receipt of bank remittance should be sent to conference secretariat by E-mail.
